Open Graph is the metadata that Facebook, LinkedIn and many other platforms read to build the card shown when your link is posted — the title, description and image. This renders that card from your tags so you can see the exact result before you share, catching a missing image or a title that runs too long while you can still fix it.
Enter your Open Graph details and the card is drawn as those platforms would show it.
From preview to fix
If the card looks wrong, the answer is in your og: tags: og:title, og:description and og:image are the three that matter most, and og:image is the one most often missing or wrongly sized. After you correct the tags, remember platforms cache the old card, so you may need their sharing debugger to force a refresh. Previewing first simply saves you from discovering a broken card only after it is already out in a post.
