You photographed a five-page form with your phone and now you've got five JPGs, but the person on the other end wants "a single PDF." Or you're claiming expenses and the portal takes one document, not a pile of receipt photos. Stitching images into a PDF is one of those small tasks that shouldn't need an app, and it doesn't.
How to do it
- Open the Images to PDF tool and drop in all your pictures at once.
- Put them in the right order — page one first. Order matters, and it's easy to overlook.
- Export, and you've got a single PDF with one image per page.
A few things that make it look professional
- Keep the orientation consistent — a page turned sideways in the middle of a document is jarring.
- If you shot the images with your phone, crop out the desk and the shadows first so each page is just the document.
- Good lighting when you take the photo beats any amount of fixing afterwards.
These are often personal documents — IDs, forms, receipts — so it matters that the conversion happens on your device and nothing is uploaded.
